Now in its third year, the NQ Women’s Leadership Forum continues to grow as one of  Townsville’s most anticipated events bringing women together to connect, be inspired, and share ideas around leadership, resilience, and community.

This year’s theme – ‘An Ordinary Day’ will explores how people cope, rebuild, and find strength in the aftermath of life-changing events. When the unexpected can arrive without warning, the theme invites us to reflect on resilience, connection, and the quiet courage it takes to navigate uncertainty.
